  Recommended for 6 - 10 users logging in simultaneously
  
  SSD space: 60GB (Fast - Solid state drive)
  
  RAM: 4GB (More than enough for most programs to run with up to 10 users)

• Option C) - VPS Package (3) - Large 8-core VPS
  
  Recommended for 11 - 30 users logging in simultaneously

Step 2) - Select User slots for consecutive logins allowed:

Example: To allow 5 people to be logged in simultaneously at any given time, you will need to purchase 4 user slots which will cost $30/mth (4 x $7.50) ex GST.

• User slots / Consecutive sessions - All servers come free with the ability for only 1 user to login at a time. If your business needs more than one person to use the server at a time you need to purchase more user slots. You do not need one user slot for each of your staff unless ALL of them will be logged in ALL of the time. For example, if you have 10 employees on alternating shits and only need 5 users to be using the server at any time you only need to purchase 4 additional user slots.

• Cost per user slot (above the first free slot included): $7.50 each/mth (ex GST)

Step 3) - Management plan:

For the maintenance and service of your VPS you have two options:

• Option A) - Billing per hour - We can assist you with your VPS servicing needs by at an hourly rate of $90/hr.

• Option A) - Management Plan - For just 50% added to your monthly plan above, we will monitor alerts from the server to keep it up and running reliably. This plan also includes up to 2 hours of technical support at no extra charge, for technical queries or assistance your staff might need. This can also include training and setting up of RDP access to the server from your staff PCs
