DO IT Solutions are a team of innovative IT specialists, web designers and graphic designers working together to bring our customers the best standards in IT customer service, support and solutions. In business since 2009 and registered under Real T Explorer Pty Ltd in 2012, DO IT Solutions has also been known as Direct & Online IT Solutions.

Michael Armenis

Michael Armenis is an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) with extensive knowledge in many aspects of IT support and development. As an MCDST (Microsoft Desktop Support Technician) he has provided continuous desktop and network support, offering the best IT solutions to our customers at a very competitive rate. He has over a decade experience in hardware assembly, network set up and administration, software development, graphic design, web design and mobile integration systems. Michael is also our Audio Visual specialist, with over 10 years experience.

Anca Armenis

Anca Armenis is an experienced Process and Procedure Specialist with practice in all aspects of systems redesign, implementation and training. As a Business Support Specialist for Suncorp Metway Ltd and Contracts Administrator for Flemdale Pty Ltd T/A CSG Business Centre (formerly known as XEROX Business Centre) she has developed a number of systems and procedures along with various reporting software, implemented with the scope to improve business performance and customer service for those companies (Click here for more info). Anca is aslo a talented Graphic Artist and has experience in Web design as well as a good understanding of some programming languages such as VB, HTML and SQL coding.

 When will I receive my goods?

DO IT Solutions will endeavour to deliver (and assemble as needed) all hardware and software within one to three business days of receiving full payment for the goods, as long as all hardware and software are in stock, unless otherwise stipulated in the quote. For all our custom designed software the release date may vary based on the volume of work involved in the programming / coding of the software. Our DO IT Solutions programming team will endeavour to finalize all work within the term agreed upon. Full payment of the software is required prior to the release date or as stipulated by the agreement. up arrow

 How quickly can I get my website once I have purchased it from DO IT Solutions?

You could have your own site ready and online within 5 business days. This only applies for a basic website template with little customisation and if you have provided us with the site content (wording and graphics) at the time the deposit is paid. This website would only include up to 6 web pages. If you require additional website elements please contact us and we will work out the required time to finalize your site in a new quote. For more complex sites we will have a website demo ready for you within the time frames stipulated in the contract/invoice and then work on customizing it for you as per your requirements, endeavouring to have it ready and online within the agreed time (as advised by us prior to the deposit payment). up arrow

 How many changes can I make to my new website/software while it's in development?

Once we have a website/software demo for you to customize we also include up to 2 major changes (menu changes, module changes and / or graphic changes) and 3 minor changes (theme colours, backgrounds and / or stock graphics) free of charge. Any additional requested changes will be charged at our current hourly rate and may create delays in finalizing your website/software. We will advise you of the costs and estimated time required for any additional changes before any such work is performed. up arrow

 Can I change my website/custom software once it is online/released?

We will provide you with training material and one hour free personal or remote assistance training (if you require it) to help you learn how to use the back end of your new website/software and make changes as you need.  Can you create a logo using my pictures?

We normally create logos using custom drawn graphics and transfer the copyright to you upon receiving full payment. However, should you wish to incorporate pictures of real life things and/or people, it is your responsibility to ensure that the pictures you provide to us are copyright free (or that you own the copyright) and that their use is not in breach of any privacy laws. up arrow

 What methods of payment do you accept?

DO IT Solutions will accept all payments made by Direct Deposit (into the bank account listed on our invoice), Cheque or Credit Card (via our website). Please note that in most cases all payments must clear prior to the delivery of our goods and services to your company. up arrow

 What are your payment conditions?

DO IT Solutions offer free quotes for all goods and services you require. All prices listed on our site are GST exclusive (unless otherwise specified). Some of our services will be preceded by an invoice and our T&C which will outline the terms and conditions of the agreement and the payment options.

IT Support: For all our established customers we may allow a 14 day payment period for any onsite or remote assistance work. For new customers we will provide a quote for the time to be charged and upfront payment is required before any work can commence.

Hardware: For all computer packages and hardware a full payment of all goods must be made and must be cleared in our bank account prior to the delivery of the goods. For all our established customers we may allow a 14 day payment period for all assembly / installation costs of the hardware after the delivery date.

Software: Third party software orders require full payment prior to the installation date. For custom made software DO IT Solutions will provide a quote with the agreed payment terms and deposit requirements.

Website: DO IT Solutions require a 50% of the total invoice cost to be made upfront as a deposit before any work can commence. Full payment is required prior to the release date for the website (prior to the site being online on your domain).

Graphic Design: DO IT Solutions require a 50% of the total invoice cost to be made upfront as a deposit before any work can commence. Full payment is required prior to the handover of the graphics.

All DO IT Solutions goods (hardware, software, websites, graphics etc) remain our property until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 3% per month on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement occurs. For more information please read our T&C section. Returned cheques will incur a AU $50 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full. up arrow

 Do you give refunds?

DO IT Solutions will not offer any refunds on hardware or third party software which are not affected by factory faults. Please ensure that you have read all of the specifications for the hardware and software in our free quote, prior to placing the order and making full payment. Should you change your mind about your order after the deposit or full payment is made, DO IT Solutions reserves the right to withhold the paid deposit or even the full order price for all computer packages.

DO IT Solutions will not offer any refunds for any work commenced and undergo for the purpose of creating software, a website and/or graphic / art work. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Should you change your mind about your order after the deposit or full payment is made, we reserve the right to withhold any monies. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, may be refunded. up arrow

 Do you offer warranties for goods?

Majority of our hardware come with factory warranties. Should you require additional extended warranties please discuss this with our specialists prior to placing your order. For all our website and software design services we offer ongoing support free of charge for any malfunctions caused by design faults.

Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services (by form of letters or e-mails). Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts, e-mails or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Exclusions and Limitations

 Payment

Cash, all major Credit/Debit Cards, or Direct Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are 50% of total website cost is payable upfront as a deposit and payment in full before all back-end passwords and use of back-end website training is provided. All Company goods (hardware, software, websites, graphics, code etc.) remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. The Company reserves the right to retrieve it's property (i.e. hardware, software and/or intellectual property) from the client's premises/website/online space, whenever possible, were a payment agreement could not be achieved and with prior notice to the client. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 3% per month on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement occurs. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
Returned cheques will incur an AU $50 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.up arrow

 Cancellation Policy

Minimum 72 hours notice of cancellation is required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, phone call and/or mobile phone ‘text message’, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a AU $100 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.up arrow

 Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, may be refunded. The Company will not offer any refunds on hardware or third party software which are not affected by factory faults. Please ensure that you have read all of the specifications for the hardware and software in our free quote form, prior to placing the order and making full payment.
